The Coordinator-General has imposed a condition requiring the proponent to provide an annual report for a period of five years from the commencement of construction. The reports will be made publicly available, and should describe the actions, outcomes and adaptive management strategies to:

  • avoid, manage or mitigate project-related impacts on local and regional housing markets
  • enhance local employment, training and development opportunities
  • avoid, manage or mitigate project-related impacts on local community services, social infrastructure and community safety and wellbeing
  • inform the community about project impacts and show that community concerns about project impacts have been taken into account when reaching decisions.
